But who takes care of other important support issues, like emotional support, strategic and tactical support for growing YOUR business?
For go-Flantech Team members, our online Team Support System is available for members to deal directly with us here at the go-Flantech Team.
Our Member Support team, Miriam and Naomi, take care of most support requests. They're supported by local Member Support representatives in each region for round-the-clock support. (Not round-the-clock in each country — business hours only — but wherever you live, support will be available to you in timely fashion.)
Our online Help Desk is open 24 hours a day. We normally respond within 2 to 24 hours except on Sundays. The Help Desk also has a handy Question & Answer feature.
Our interactive support forums are also available online 24 hours a day for you to ask questions, get answers, share ideas, explore new methods, help solve problems and lots more. Local members will serve as Moderators to provide help and support, too.
Our interactive Calendar displays dates, times and locations, etc, of online and local offline events, too. Approved events also appear in relevant forum discussions. Email reminders can also be requested. Weekly bulletins are also sent to all go-Flantech Team members. (You can unsubscribe at any time.)
